Our Resources page is a great place to obtain important information about Bayview Estates, including:

Building Community in Havre de Grace, Maryland

Community Office Hours

  • Monday-Friday 8:30- 6pm

  • Saturdays- By appointment

  • Sundays- Closed

  • Emails returned within 24 hours

  • Allow 14 days for requests for exterior alternation approval.

Office will be closed on the following days

  • New Years Day

  • President's Day

  • Maundy Thursday through Easter

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labour Day

  • Veteran's Day

  • Thanksgiving & Black Friday

  • Christmas Eve through Boxing Day

The Bayview Community Park Rules

  • Closed Dusk to Dawn and during weather events
    The park is monitored by video 
    Children should be monitored by an adult at all times 
    All CHILDREN play at their own risk
    No dogs are permitted in the park
