The Community Board is continuing its planned upkeep of the Brian Garth Stormwater pond. You will see contractors working there in the coming weeks to ensure that the pond continues to be in compliance with HdG Municipal Code.

Havre de grace city yard sale
The Community of Bayview Estates will be taking part in a city wide yard sale on Saturday, 12 September from 8 am to 3 pm. Anyone with unneeded items or a desire for some extra cash can sell those garage treasures! Please confine placing signs about your sale to 72 hours prior to the start of the event.

Results
58 ballot responses were received, an 18% turnout. 11 voted via paper ballot and 47 voted on our website.
88% (51 of 58) voted for staying Self Managed
12% (7 of 58) voted for hiring a Third Party
The Community Board made a commitment to honor the decision of the homeowners and we will remain self managed in 2027.

Cindy Irizarry, our Secretary, has resigned her position and seat on the Community Board. We thank her for her dedication, passion, and hard work. She will continue to be a huge asset for our community as she spends more time with her family. Everyone in Bayview owes her a huge THANK YOU!
2027 Budget

Reminder-the community and the City of Havre de Grace require all dog walkers to have their pets on a leash when walking their pets on a public sidewalk. This is a family neighborhood and even well trained dogs can react aggressively around unfamiliar people.
6 foot fences are now allowed in BaYVIEW!
The Community Board voted to accept the petition by 60% of the homeowners to amend the CCR's to allow 6 foot fences. No other changes were made to our fence rules.
